Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your wedding date and confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding day. We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal]. 2. Pre-Wedding Consultation: A pre-wedding consultation is included in your package. This meeting (in-person or virtual) will allow us to discuss your wedding day timeline, key moments, and specific photography and videography requests. We recommend scheduling the consultation 4–6 weeks before your wedding. 3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your wedding, please notify us as soon as possible. If your new date is available, your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Rescheduling within 6 months of your original date is allowed. After 6 months, an additional deposit or new contract may be required. A $300 rescheduling fee may apply if changes are made within 30 days of your original wedding date. 4. Cancellations: More than 30 days before the wedding: Your deposit will be retained, but no additional payments will be required. Within 30 days of the wedding: 50% of the total package cost will be due, in addition to the non-refundable deposit. 5. Coverage Details: Your package includes up to 10 hours of photography and videography coverage. Additional hours can be added for $350 per hour for photography/videography services. If the wedding day timeline runs late due to unforeseen circumstances, we will capture key moments as time allows. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to delivering high-quality work. If you have concerns about specific shots or footage, please notify us within 2 weeks of receiving your photos/videos. Re-edit requests may incur additional fees depending on the scope of changes. 7. Copyright & Usage: We retain the copyright to all images and video footage. However, you will have full personal use rights for sharing, printing, and archiving your photos and videos. We may use your photos and video clips for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
