Our Wedding Photography Package is designed for couples who want to preserve the magic of their wedding day with beautiful, high-quality images. From your first look to your last dance, our expert photographers will be there to document each special moment. This package offers flexible options, perfect for your needs and budget. Cancellation Policy
To ensure your wedding day is captured perfectly, please review our terms and conditions related to booking and utilizing our Wedding Photography Package. By reserving our services, you agree to the following: 1. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking and hold your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date. If your wedding date changes, please notify us as soon as possible. If the new date is available, your deposit can be transferred; if not, the deposit will not be refunded. 2. Pre-Wedding Consultation: Pre-Wedding Consultation is included in your package. This meeting is an opportunity for us to discuss the logistics, style preferences, and must-have shots for your big day. What to Expect: We’ll discuss the timeline of your wedding day, key moments you want to capture, and any specific group photos you need.You’ll share your vision, style preferences, and any special requests (i.e., first look, family heirlooms, cultural traditions).We'll suggest tips on lighting, locations, and other elements to enhance the photography experience. If possible, we’ll also do a venue walkthrough to understand the location better (this is optional but highly recommended). When It Happens: The Pre-Wedding Consultation can take place via video call, phone call, or in person, depending on your preference and proximity. We recommend scheduling it 3-6 weeks before your wedding day to ensure we have enough time to prepare for the shoot. 3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If the wedding is postponed to a date more than 6 months out from your original date, an additional deposit may be required. 4. Cancellations: If the wedding is canceled more than 30 days before the wedding, the deposit will be retained, but no further payments will be due. If the wedding is canceled within 30 days of the wedding date, 50% of the total package cost will be due in addition to the deposit. 7. Ownership & Copyright: We retain copyright overall photos, but you are granted full usage rights for personal use (printing, sharing, etc.).
