Our Wedding Video Package is the perfect way to preserve the emotions, beauty, and unforgettable moments of your wedding day. From the excitement of getting ready to the joy of your first dance, our skilled videographers will create a cinematic film that you’ll cherish forever.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your wedding date and confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding day. We accept payments via [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal]. 2. Pre-Wedding Consultation: A pre-wedding consultation is included in the package to discuss your wedding day timeline, specific requests, and key moments to capture. The consultation can take place via video call, phone, or in person (depending on availability and location). It is recommended that the consultation occur at least 4–6 weeks before the wedding to ensure adequate preparation. 3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your wedding, please notify us as soon as possible. If your new wedding date is available, your deposit will be transferred to the new date. Rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue changes, weather) is allowed based on availability and subject to an additional $100 rescheduling fee. If the wedding is rescheduled to a date more than 6 months later, a new contract and deposit may be required. 4. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your wedding video services: More than 30 days before the wedding date, your deposit will be retained, but no further payment will be required. Within 30 days of the wedding, 50% of the total package cost will be charged in addition to the deposit. If the wedding is canceled on the day of the wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, the total amount will still be due, as our team is reserved for that day. 5. Copyright & Usage: We retain the copyright to all video footage, but you will have full personal rights to the video for viewing, sharing, and personal use. You grant us permission to use clips or stills from the wedding video for marketing and promotional purposes (unless you specifically request otherwise). 6. Weather & External Factors: We are committed to capturing your wedding day in all conditions; however, weather-related delays or challenges (i.e., rain during outdoor ceremonies or poor lighting) may affect certain shots. We’ll work with you to adapt, but please be prepared for unexpected circumstances. We will communicate with you promptly if any technical or external factors arise that may delay delivery or affect video quality.
