Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we provide the best possible service and accommodate all of our valued clients, please review the following terms and conditions related to booking and utilizing our Engagement Experience Package. 1. Service Utilization Time Frame: The Engagement Experience Package must be utilized within 6 months of the booking date. If you are unable to use the service within this time frame, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential extensions or adjustments. 2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your engagement session, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your original scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate a new date within the 6-month period. Rescheduling beyond 6 months may be subject to availability and an additional fee based on the new time frame and season. 3. Expired Bookings: If the service is not utilized within 6 months and no rescheduling has been made, your booking will be considered expired. Any remaining balance or payments will be forfeited. 5. Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, unforeseen emergencies), we will work with you to find a solution, including possible date adjustments, at our discretion. By booking this service, you agree to adhere to these policies and understand that any changes made outside of the outlined terms may result in additional fees or loss of your service.
