Capture the precious first moments of your baby’s life with a professional newborn photoshoot. Book a session to preserve these timeless memories with soft, natural, and beautifully styled images you’ll cherish forever. 3 Days - 26 months.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Retainer A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the session. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted without penalty. Additional changes may incur a fee. Retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 3. Session Timing Newborn sessions are best scheduled within the first 5–14 days after birth. Sessions may last between 1–4 hours depending on the package and the baby’s needs. Time is allowed for feeding, soothing, and breaks. 4. Safety First The baby’s safety and comfort are the top priority at all times. Certain poses may be adjusted or not attempted based on the baby’s comfort level. Parents/guardians must remain present during the session. 5. Image Delivery Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within 1–3 weeks (or your preferred timeframe). Raw/unedited images are not provided. 6. Image Selection The number of images delivered depends on the package selected. Additional images may be purchased separately. 7. Editing Style By booking, clients agree to the photographer’s editing style and artistic direction. Requests for major alterations or re-edits may not be accommodated. 8. Usage & Copyright All images remain the property of the photographer. Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. 9. Model Release The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session. 10. Liability While every care is taken, the photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss during the session. Clients agree to follow all safety guidance provided. 11. Props & Personal Items Clients may bring personal items or props. The photographer is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings. 12. Illness Policy If the baby, parent, or photographer is unwell, the session may be rescheduled to ensure safety.
